Berwang Holiday Music Course

18 August - 1 September 2018

Join us in the beautiful Tyroleon village of Berwang for a fortnight of music and holiday making.

We have a choir, a string ensemble and a wind ensemble that spend some time working independently and some time in a variety of combinations.

On the free days join one of our excursions, go walking in the mountains or simply relax by the village pool.

Meet the Team

The internationally renowed choral director Tim Brown will be leading the course for 2018. In addition to his work with professional ensembles Tim has a particular interest in working with amateur musicians. His association with Berwang goes back over 30 years.

For 2018 we welcome back wind tutor Stephen O'Regan, a great favourite in 2016.

We also welcome Joe Fisher who has played an active part on the last 3 Berwang Holiday Music Courses as a student and will be joining us in 2018 as our string tutor.

Berwang in Britain

7 - 9 July 2017

Following the success of our weekend of music making in 2015 we will be holding the course again in 2017. Like the Berwang Holiday Music Course this course mixes music making and holiday activities, but is condensed into a weekend.

Once again this course will take place at the Hayes Conference Centre in Swanick, Derbyshire.
