Accommodation
is provided in the village in comfortable, modern hotels and pensions, where
members will be cared for in a happy, friendly atmosphere.
The headquarters of the course will be at the Hotel
Singer, but it is not usually possible for all
members to be resident there. The
cost of the course is based on members sharing well-appointed 2-, 3-
or 4-bedded rooms without WC or bath/ shower, on a half-board
basis.
Additional Facilities may be requested when booking (please see below).
A
Booking Fee is charged (not refundable/still payable in event of
cancellation/withdrawal by applicant) to reserve a place on the Course.

€30 discount is applied to the basic cost.
In
addition to the basic cost, EXTRA CHARGES apply to any ADDITIONAL FACILITIES

Please
note that all Euro (€)
payments
are due on arrival in Berwang.
Those wishing to pay the Course Charges (only) in advance in £sterling
will be required to pay
the
basic
cost
(about
£660
at time of going to press)
on request in June, and any extra charges in euro in Berwang.
It is hoped that members will pay entirely in Euro in Berwang to avoid adjustments
(up or down) to the total due as a result of any currency fluctuations arising
after going to press.

BOOKING APPLICATIONS must be made on the appropriate booking form (click here or on left border) and be accompanied by the appropriate booking Fee or 'promise to pay'. We regret that we are unable to receive payments by credit card. Any applicable bank or currency conversion charges must be borne by payee.Requests for ADDITIONAL FACILITIES must be made on the form. All bookings are subject to the conditions specified in the brochure, available from the Secretary; in case of any discrepancy between the brochure and information on this web site, then the terms & conditions of the brochure prevail. Please keep a copy of your completed booking form for reference. Should a member have to cancel or withdraw from the course for any reason, please immediately notify the Secretary in writing.
Upon receipt of such notification, CANCELLATION CHARGES (please see
below) will apply to the costs itemised above, but not to main travel costs, such as air
fares, which are not normally refundable or transferable.
Furthermore, the organisers reserve the right to cancel the course owing
to circumstances beyond their control, in which case due notice will be given,
and any Booking Fee/payments returned. The
organisers will not accept any responsibility for injury, accident, illness or
loss sustained by members or third parties travelling to/from the course or
during the course itself. Members
are therefore required to take out appropriate insurance
cover from the date of acceptance on the course until the date of return from
the course.

printing, completing and signing the booking form (click
here or on left border)
and sending with the deposit by post. But
please first read carefully these Terms & Conditions, since
submission of the booking form signifies full acceptance of them.
Please note we do not accept bookings by e-mail or fax, since booking
must always be accompanied by signed form and deposit.
