Terms & Conditions
Musicians are expected to take an active part in all scheduled sessions/rehearsals and formal concerts.
Course Charges include accommodation for the duration of the course in either the Singer Hotel or in a Pension (all rooms have en-suite facilities) on a half-board basis. The charges also include the village tax, all music activities and all hotel-based entertainments. Please note prices are per person.
Those who wish to come to Berwang with friends or family that do not wish to take part in the music sessions are referred to as Listeners.
Please note Pensions do not have ground floor rooms and do not have lifts.

For all bookings, including under 18s, received before 30th April 2012 a discount of €30 per person will be applied.
Travel On the first & last days of the course a coach is booked to transfer course members between Munich Airport and Berwang. The transfer takes approx 3 hours and the cost will be advised but will be in the region of €75 - €90 return. Members need to book, and pay for, their own flights. Those wishing to join the coach must ensure their flight times fit the coach departure times (notified after course booking form accepted). Alternatively members may make their own travel arrangements.
BOOKING APPLICATIONS must be made on the appropriate booking form and be accompanied by the appropriate Booking Fee or 'promise to pay'. In addition to the course fees a Booking Fee of £50 (UK residents) or €60 (non-UK residents) is charged and this reserves a place on the course. This fee is not refundable/still payable in the event of cancellation/withdrawal by applicant.
All bookings are subject to the conditions specified here. Should a member have to cancel or withdraw from the course for any reason, please immediately notify the Secretary in writing. Upon receipt of such notification, CANCELLATION CHARGES, shown in the table below, will apply to the course fees. Main travel costs, such as airfares are not normally refundable or transferable. Furthermore, the organisers reserve the right to cancel the course owing to circumstances beyond their control, in which case due notice will be given, and any Booking Fee/payments returned. the organisers will not accept any responsibility for injury, accident, illness or loss sustained by members or third parties travelling to/from the course, or during the course itself. Members are therefore required to take out appropriate insurance cover from the date of acceptance on the course until the date of return from the course.
