Berwang is an enchanting little village set on an open plain, high (1336m) in the glorious mountain scenery of the Austrian Tyrol.  Course members are assured of a warm welcome and the kindness of the people of Berwang, who now regard the course as a pleasurable annual event. 

The village provides recreational facilities, including an open-air, heated swimming pool and tennis courts, set in beautiful pinewoods.  For further information on local activities, click here or on the left border.

A chairlift enables members to ascend the surrounding slopes to view the mountain ranges of the Lechtal and Zugspitze, which is itself accessible by cable car.  The more energetic visitor may ascend on foot, there being many interesting climbs and walks of varying difficulty, including waterside strolls, while others may prefer to relax in the quiet ways of village life.  Further information on local facilities is available by clicking on the left border.
