TRAVEL to Trittenheim is either by our Suggested Route or members may make other arrangements.  The Suggested Route is via air from London (Stansted) to Frankfurt (Hahn) and onward group transfer by coach/minibus to Trittenheim (approx. 1 hour, cost TBA about  €uro 30 return (payable on arrival in Trittenheim)).  We shall provide course members with details of the suggested flight for self-booking.  Members having to book an alternative flight may still join the group transfer, provided they meet at the designated time.

ACCOMMODATION is provided in the village in comfortable, modern bed and breakfast pensions, where members will be cared for in a happy, friendly atmosphere.  All rooms are of a high standard and have en suite facilities (bath or shower and WC).

MEALS other than breakfast are to be arranged and paid for by course members and are not included in the COURSE CHARGES.

MUSICIANS are expected to take an active part in all scheduled music sessions.  We cannot guarantee to provide viable/balanced ensembles although we shall attempt to do so; pre-formed groups are especially welcome.   Instrumentalists who are also willing to sing will be at an advantage in the event that instrumental group(s) are unviable.

____________________________________________________________________________________________

COURSE CHARGES cover 3 nights' bed & breakfast accommodation (as above) for the period of the course and all music activities in Trittenheim; the charge per adult being €uro 290, payable on arrival in Trittenheim

Any ADDITIONAL CHARGES, such as for coach transfer (see TRAVEL, above) or the optional excursion will be charged separately.  In view of the low course charges, it is not possible to make any other arrangements regarding payment.  All bank or other transfer or conversion charges must be borne by the course member; all figures quoted are nett.

BOOKING APPLICATIONS must be made on the appropriate booking form and the 'promise to pay' signed.  Requests giving rise to ADDITIONAL CHARGES (such as coach transfer) must be made on the form.  All bookings are subject to the conditions specified here or in the brochure.  Please keep a copy of your completed booking form (both sides) for reference.  Should a member have to cancel or withdraw from the course for any reason, please immediately notify the Administrator in writing.  Upon receipt of such notification, CANCELLATION CHARGES (please see below) will apply to the costs itemised above, but not to main travel costs, such as airfares, which are not normally refundable or transferable.  Furthermore, the organisers reserve the right to cancel the course owing to circumstances beyond their control, in which case due notice will be given, and any payments returned.  The organisers will not accept any responsibility for injury, accident, illness or loss sustained by members or third parties travelling to/from the course or during the course itself.  Members are therefore required to take out appropriate insurance cover from the date of acceptance on the course until the date of return from the course.
